The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) is driving regeneration across metropolitan Perth. Utilising a unique combination of powers as set out by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011, the MRA works as a developer, planning authority and place manager. It is this nimble model of redevelopment that allows us to create the successful places that are helping to make Perth a unique and memorable place to live, visit and experience.
MRA wishes to obtain proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Building Services for the fitout and delivery of the Station Park Facility MRA Fitout Works include the ground floor public toilets, a Changing Places facility, the level 2 MRA Control Office and Computer Room, basement storage areas and staff amenities along with the installation of external alfresco furniture.
