~~Lotterywest is implementing a new retail store design through its Retail Transformation Program (RTP).
The vision for RTP is a simple and engaging customer experience that improves business performance in every Lotterywest store. Underpinning this vision are the guiding principles – Customer first, Simple, Engaging, Transparent, Choice and Consistency.
A significant component of the new retail store design is the External Lotterywest Identifier and Internal Lotterywest Identifier signs.
