The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking tenders from suitably capable and experienced companies or consortia of companies/individuals interested in providing design solution services for the renewal of Princes Wharf Shed No 1. The 'Design Team' will cover a range of disciplines and work with the Treasury Project Team to deliver the Government's required objectives for the project. The work required includes a collaborative design solution, place management solutions and management of construction as the 'superintendent' for the project.
