Royal Hobart Hospital Women's and Children's Precinct and Other Works - Quantity Surveying Services

Tenders are invited for the provision of health planning, architectural, engineering and quantity surveying consultant services to undertake the planning, design, documentation and contract management of the Royal Hobart Hospital redevelopment which includes the Women's and Children’s Precinct, Operating Intervention Suite and other patient service areas. The planning and design will be undertaken in collaboration with staff from the Royal Hobart Hospital and a services planning team who will be refining the Royal Hobart Hospital Clinical Services Plan. The design team will be assembled in two stages commencing with identifying a lead architectural consultant who will then participate in selecting engineering services. Architects and Engineers should respond to DHHS-5348A. Separate to the design team, tenders are invited for the provision of Quantity Surveying services to provide estimating and cost control advice to the program. Quantity Surveyors should respond to DHHS-5349A but can source shared information from DHHS-5348A.
