Description
The Department has identified the Funding Process Review project to ensure that the funding programs of DSD deliver the best public values outcomes.
The Funding Process Review is a three stage project and will run in association with the Acquittal Data Review. Both projects will provide data and insights that will inform each other and their timing will be effectively managed to facilitate the transference of information between the different stages of each project.
This RFQ is for stage one only.
Stage One: Process Evaluation/Cost Effectiveness and Best Practice
• To analyse the cost efficiency of the delivery of the Department’s funding programs with reference to international best practice.
• Examine the grants delivery processes and structure in relation to goals of individual grants programs with reference to international best practice.
Identify and deliver recommendations towards:
• Efficiencies to improve funding process delivery.
• Changes to funding processes and procedures to meet international best practice.
