Description

Preventative maintenance and repairs is an integral part of Health and Safety Regulations of patient care and rehabilitation equipment. WA Country Health Service (WACHS) has a responsibility to ensure patient care equipment is fit for purpose, safe and in good working order and complies with Australian Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA) standards. WACHS seeks to procure an ongoing maintenance service for all patient care equipment in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Preventative maintenance and repair services are required to be carried out at a time as agreed by the Customer in accordance with the maintenance schedule on all listed equipment across the seven WACHS regions; Goldfields, Great Southern, Kimberley, Midwest, Pilbara, South West, and Wheatbelt.

This Request seeks to establish a Head Agreement, and resultant Customer Contract/s, for a supplier or multiple suppliers to service the various locations.
