City of Tea Tree Gully
Construction Projects: TTG GymSports Redevelopment & TTG Tennis Clubroom Redevelopment
Details
Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably experienced building construction contractors (the contractor), as part of a two staged tender process for two upcoming building projects at Banksia Park Sports Hub.
Council will evaluate the EOIs received to determine which contractors will be invited to participate in a single select tender (Stage two) for both projects.
Due to the proximity of the two projects and to minimise disruptions to site users, Council’s preference is to have both projects managed by a single contractor as one construction site.
This will be subject to final construction management plans and the timing of both projects as they progress through detailed design, development applications and procurement.
Council reserves the right to engage separate contractors for each project and respondents that express interest in one, and not both, of the projects may be considered.
Council encourages tenders from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-owned businesses.
