Invitation to Tender for
Fitout of Pantry and Training Area at Heavy Vehicle Operations, 525 Great Eastern Highway, Redcliffe, WA 6104
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of Main Roads WA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified builders to undertake the Fitout of the Pantry and Training Area for Heavy Vehicle Operations in accordance with the provided specifications.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 2.00pm on Tuesday 19 November 2013, meeting at the Entrance of the Heavy Vehiicle Operations (HVO), 525 Great Eastern Highway, Redcliffe, WA 6104
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing Date 2.00pm Tuesday 26 November 2013.
