Non mandatory site inspection:
A non-mandatory site inspection and / or tender briefing will be held on Wednesday 14th August at
9:30am. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they
have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender.
To confirm attendance at this briefing, you must contact Donaldson and Warn: Saviz Binesh Telephone No [phone hidden]. A register
of attendees will be maintained for the non-mandatory site inspection and tender briefing. The legal
entity tendering must be specifically registered on the register of attendees in order for an offer to be
considered valid from that entity.
When visiting the school tenderers and all of their representatives shall report to the school administration
building and access will or will not be granted by the school principal in accordance with the access
requirements covered by subclause 2.31.4- Restrictions On Access
