Business Improvement Capability Process Modelling

The Disability Services Commission (“The Commission”) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced company to complete ‘as-is’ process modelling for the following organisational levels at a minimum:
• Commission – Showing all interagency interaction including service providers, human services/disability sector organisations at a state/federal/public level.
• Directorate – For each directorate within the Commission, show all inter directorate interaction.
• Branch – For each branch within each directorate, show all inter branch interaction.
This modelling will be sufficiently detailed to allow for analysis including later consultation with key stakeholders to identify processes that require improvement and their anticipated benefits
