Provision of Drilling Services for the Construction of Production Bores on the Gascoyne River

This specification covers the requirements for drilling, construction, development and testing of production bores nominally on the northern side of the Gascoyne River east of Carnarvon. Bore designs provided are nominal only and variations may occur due to site conditions. However there is a separate contract for test pumping and associated works so inclusion of these rates is optional in this contract (see AGR2009125A)
The location of the bores will be determined by the Contractor upon arrival at site following communication with the Contract Authorities Representative. The bores will be as close as possible to the provisional sites selected or as amended by the Contract Authorities Representative. The exact location selected, in keeping with the conditions above, is the responsibility of the Contractor following consideration of, services, site access and safety issues.
