The Rottnest Island Authority is inviting quotations from suitability qualified Contractors to provide Design and Construct Works for the Island Gateway Stage 1 Construction scope of works described in this RFT.
This project will implement initiatives outlined in the Rottnest Island Management Plan (RIMP) 2020-24, of which enhanced visitor experience is a key initiative.
The project is designed to upgrade mall infrastructure and improve congestion issues by activating the full extent of the mall and surrounding area with a focus on shade, seating and family amenities
