Description
North Metropolitan TAFE (NMTAFE) requires an off the shelf Contract Management System (CMS) provided as ‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) with capacity for the underlying data to be stored in a cloud service. A cloud data hosting service is not a mandated component of this Request but should Respondents be able to offer a cloud service NMTAFE will consider the offer and its’ suitability within the context of value for money.
NMTAFE will use the CMS to manage a number of different agreement types including but not necessarily limited to contracts of sale, contracts of purchase, memoranda of agreement and other types of documented agreements which require pro-active management.
The CMS must be capable of managing multi-party agreements.
