Establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of supply and hand placement of concrete services (including concrete paving, kerb ramp, footpath, driveway, and island infill) for RoadTek Brisbane during the period 1st November 2015 to 31st October 2016 with option to extend for two (2) of twelve (12) months periods.
