Shorncliffe SS - Canteen Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

Shorncliffe State School requires infrastructure upgrade to the Tuck-Shop, these works are to improve the clear work space and ensures safe operations of day to day work.

The Works generally comprise of the following:
• Demolition of the two roller doors, joinery, servery benches, disconnection of services and removal of vinyl floor and make way of the new construction works.
• Preparation of the site and construction for new tuck-shop work area.
• Installation of cladding where it applies, please ensure to match existing cladding on the Tuck-shop.
• All new stainless steel benches for the severing area is applied and open shelving.
• Relocation of sinks as per design documentation.
• Installation of all new services as per the attached designs and standards
• Allowance to install school appliances (refer to schedule)
• This is a Design and Construct tender
• Ensuring compliant design and construction to meet all Australian Standards for access and compliance and DoE standards. Design to be certified with certifier engaged by contractor prior to construction

Site Visit Details: Recommended Site Visit on Tuesday 30th of November 2021 at 11:30pm - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance be 12pm Monday 29th November 2021. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
