Description
This is a lump sum contract for civil works for a 31 residential lots, located on Darter Street within The Village. The works include roadworks, stormwater drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, and electrical conducting.
The tender scope includes all works as detailed in the attached tender drawings, bill of quantities and specification. EDQ is seeking separate pricing for PVC and PE sewer options, the better value for money option will be adopted for delivery.
