Bitumen Sealed Formation on the Warrego Highway to Roma

Invitation to Tender is extended to TMR Pre-Qualified Road Construction Contract companies for the contract SWTD-888 at level R2F5. This contract icludes five (5) sparate project sites and the works include a full pavement overlay and shape correction to provide a 9.0m bitumen sealed formation to facilitate type 2 road trains on the Warrego Highway to Roma. The works also include floodway reconstruction on the eastern approach to Amby Creek Bridge, drainage replacements & repairs, rest area at Muckadilla, heavy vehicle stopping places at multiple sites, informal stopping places, realignment of the Warrego Hwy west of Mitchell and improvement on the existing accesses. All tenderers are advised that the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry & the Australian Government Building & Construction Accreditation Scheme applies to this tender.
