This project involves replacement of roofing, lighting, electrical wiring, switchboard, BMS system, Civil & Structural works, new irrigation sprinklers, transport and compact fill from site, door remediation, fire protection, drainage, geotech report and testing, new signage, fitments, sanitary fixtures, windows, plumbing, floor, wall & ceiling finishes, painting and two new ablution facilities.
