The WPCA is looking to engage a legal advisor in support of a procurement process for a Digital – Telecommunications package involving the evaluation of Expressions of Interest, the release and evaluation of a Request for Proposal, and negotiations with the successful tenderer. This Digital – Telecommunications package includes the operation and management of a pit and pipe network, the fit out of a communications centre, provision of a fibre network, provision of internet services and the operation and management of Multi-Function Poles (the Project). WPCA seeks expert legal advisory for an initial period of four months from March 2024 to June 2024 (Stage 1 of the project), with optional subsequent engagement for Stages 2 and 3. The telecommunications stream project consists of a planned three-stage procurement process:
