TMR4417 - Contactless Smartcard Licence Production Service

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a Contactless Smartcard Licence Production Service.

The scope of this Invitation to Offer (ITO) is a Smartcard Production Service that meets the requirements of the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) for the provision of Smartcard and non-Smartcard products:

• A Smartcard for the Driver Licence, including Heavy Vehicle Driver Licence, the Adult Proof of Age product, the Marine Licence indicator and the Industry Authority Licence;
• A non-Smartcard for the High-Risk Work Licence and the Taxi Driver Display card;
• Change of Address Labels.

The Department seeks a supplier with demonstrated experience in the provision of Smartcard Production Services and a Managed Service which will ensure business continuity and compliance with relevant Laws (including Queensland drivers licence standards and guidelines).
