Medication Dispensing and Distribution Robotics (MDDR) System

Metro North Hospital and Health Service is seeking proposals for the supply and installation of a Medication Dispensing and Distribution Robotics (MDDR) System.

It includes:

• a fully functioning MDDR solution, including all required hardware, database and software licences required to operate the system
• the following professional services to design, deliver and assure a fully functioning MDDR solution:
  • technical services, including without limitation:
    • Metro North Hospital and Health Service – ITO No. MNIT1127-2016
    • Part 1 - ITO Particulars Page 7 of 18
    • design and solution architecture (such as high level design, architecture, solution design and detailed design)
    • medication drug data file imports
    • configuration and development services
    • support services.
  • integration and interface services to interface the Product with the Customer’s ICT systems
  • implementation services, including without limitation:
    • project management
    • installation
    • testing (including acceptance testing)
    • training
    • documentation.
• Support and maintenance arrangement for a minimum of five (5) years following the successful implementation of the solution, and an appropriate warranty period
• Server infrastructure
• Building infrastructure modification and requirements.
