Barangaroo Harbour Park High Voltage, Communications and Security Utilities - Consultancy Services - INSW_2400262

The Consultant will coordinate with the Harbour Park design team (AKIN) to deliver the utility scope as described below. 1. Electrical (HV/LV) connection to Harbour Park site (ie from precinct trunk connection point). 2. ASP/3 Design Scope. 3. Communications and Security connection to Harbour Park site (ie from precinct trunk connection or Security Room). GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICEs 1. Review of all existing documentation relating to the proposed development and existing site; 2. Investigation of existing infrastructure and site conditions, identifying opportunities and site constraints; 3. Confirm and design to the relevant statutory requirements that apply to the development; 4. Liaison and coordination and Meetings with INSW (the Client), WSCE, Lend Lease, the Architect, and other Harbour Park consultants (AKIN) and the QS as required. 5. Liaison and Coordination and Meetings with relevant Authorities on the project eg: • Ausgrid, • City of Sydney • NBN, • Other required. 6. Communicate project correspondence and documentation to the design team via the chosen project platforms, (Project Communication shall be via Aconex). The consultant shall comply with the Harbour Park Documentation Management Plan for eg communication, transmission and filing and related for all project works; 7. Liaison with other design consultants and stakeholders on the project, as required. 8. Advice on Authority Approvals: The Authority Approval Pathway / Program will be a critical path component of the project. The consultants advice on this will inform the Project program. Key Authorities are noted below:: • Ausgrid, • City of Sydney • NBN, • Other required. 9. The Consultant shall be the point of contact for the authority liaison and management in relation to the above scope of works. 10. Construction staging advice.
