Description
QBuild is inviting offers from Builders to complete bathroom upgrades to 32 residences in Emerald, Blackwater, Anakie, Comet and Dingo.
Works are of Building Type and offerers must hold a BSA Building Licence in order to engage subsequent trades.
This project is PQC Level 1 rated.
Where a PQC level is stated, the principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queesland Government's PQC System for the PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
