Provision of services related to the maintenance and development of GovDex

Finance seeks to establish a contract for the provision of services related to the maintenance and development of GovDex. Management and maintenance services include:

• The maintenance of a collaborative workspace currently based on an enterprise version of the Atlassian products Confluence and JIRA (or equivalent);
  
  
• The maintenance and increased accessibility of a registry and repository based on open source ebXML (or equivalent); and
  
  
• The maintenance and increased accessibility of a library of design and deployment tools based on international standards.
  
  
• Maintaining GovDex help desk, user administration, software management and all other site/content features,
  
  
• Maintaining the GovDex services registry and single sign on framework and capability,

Optional development services include:

• The ongoing development of the user interface to improve usability and accessibility and records management capability in accordance with Australian Government archival, web publishing and accessibility guidelines and accepted international web standards,
  
  
• Development of a separate software solution to provide a PROTECTED version of GovDex to operate on the FedLink network. Replicate the IN-CONFIDENCE system (both web and data) into the the FedLink network as a separate entity. Create a separate network and physical security for a remote administrator,
  
  
• The design and implementation of video conferencing, online survey, open document format integration, document management, site file export and project management functionality for GovDex with minimal customer design/integration requirements for the implementation of GovDex,
