Research Analysis and Consultation Report that outlines best-practice Use of Force models (that incorporate Relational Security principles), and applications in youth justice contexts, with recommendations. Development of a Youth Detention Centre Use of Force/Relational Security model (based on the Research Analysis and Consultation Report and recommendations) in 2024 that aligns with a therapeutic approach to youth justice and informs related youth detention centre procedures. Development of a Youth Detention Centre Use of Force/Relational Security Training Package to support the implementation of the new Use of Force/Relational Security model. Support for the implementation of the Training Package, as required. The services to be supplied are as follows:
