Description
The Works comprise of painting to school buildings in three (3) nominated areas and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification. The client reserves the right to select priority areas based on value of works in the event the value of works exceeds clients budget and therefore the value of works will be revaluated based on nominated values from the ‘Breakdown of Tender Sum’ form.
Premises will be occupied during the term of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
