Site Visit: A non-mandatory site inspection and/or tender briefing will be held on Wednesday 1st April 2015 at 2.30pm. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender. To confirm attendance at this briefing, you must contact: Felice Burrows - Wilkes Architects Pty Ltd - [phone hidden] Western Australian Police (WAPOL) reserves the right to deny entry to any person and shall not necessarily be required to provide justification for the reason. Tenderers who choose to attend an authorised and notified site tender briefing shall confirm their attendance and name of attendees at least 24 hours in advance of the date and time of the briefing, and convene outside the front entry of the Kensington Police Station. Tenderers will be required to complete an attendance log. WAPOL will be given opportunity to review the log and then issue access passes to persons permitted to enter the premises. Upon being granted approval to have access, tenderers shall comply with all conditions of entry and stay in the company of nominated WAPOL escorts at ALL times. WAPOL reserve the right to deny any person further access and require them to immediately depart from the premises should they not comply with this condition of entry. Given the restrictive nature of access available, tenderers are expected to be appropriately co-ordinated to have necessary organised to attend the nominated site briefing, as further access to visit the site may not be available. The principal reserves the absolute discretion to: a) Only permit tenderers to enter the building in groups no greater than 15 persons at a time; and b) Convene a further site briefing/visit opportunity.
