Design & Construction of Building & Storage to support an IAAF Class 2, Regional Level 3 Athletics Facility. The building & storage shed must be able to host regional level athletics meets (in accordance with IAAF standards for a Regional Level 3 track) and accommodate three clubs (including flexible office space).
