Tender documents are available from the Contract Cleaning Management Unit, 17th Floor, Education Centre, 31 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA 5000 between 9:00am and 5:00pm on normal working days. These documents are available upon payment of a fee for registration and issue of documentation at a non-refundable amount of $11 for each tender including GST. Prospective tenderers outside Metropolitan Adelaide can obtain documentation by contacting the officers listed below. Cheques/Money Orders to be made payable to the ##Department of Education Training and Employment##. A Mandatory Inspection of each site will be held on the following dates: Tuesday, 3 October 2000 Tender No##s 44/00 to 45/00; Wednesday, 4 October 2000 Tender No##s 46/00 to 47/00; Thursday, 5 October 2000 Tender No##s 48/00 to 50/00; Friday, 6 October 2000 Tender No##s 51/00 to 53/00; Monday, 9 October 2000 Tender No##s 54/00 to 55/00; Tuesday, 10 October 2000 Tender No##s 56/00 to 57/00; Wednesday, 11 October 2000 Tender No 58/00; Thursday, 12 October 2000 Tender No##s 59/00 to 60/00; Monday, 16 October 2000 Tender No##s 61/00 to 63/00; Tuesday, 17 October 2000 Tender No##s 64/00 to 65/00; Thursday, 19 October 2000 Tender No##s 66/00 to 67/00; Full details of inspection times will be provided at time of document distribution, with tenders closing one week after the mandatory inspection. Number for inspection purposes will be restricted to two persons per company. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
