Minor Fit Out Works and Related Services Panel

The Department has a requirement to engage a service provider to provide minor fit out works to existing commercial office accommodation in Canberra, Queanbeyan and surrounding regions through one of more Projects, but not limited to:

i.Building services for the construction of internal offices, “built” partitioning and associated amenities such as cafe, storage and gymnasium

ii.Building services for the demolition of internal offices

iii.Preparation and painting of new surfaces and make good of damaged surfaces

Co-ordination of the building owner’s contractors to ensure all electrical, mechanical, fire protection and hydraulic service works associated with fit outs are completed in a timely fashion
