Description
The Department seeks to engage a highly capable program implementation partner (PIP) to perform the role of systems integrator. In accordance with the statement of requirements (SOR) the PIP will design and build the solution capabilities defined in the solution blueprint, and appropriately configure and implement them in each state/territory. The Services and Deliverables required of the PIP are divided into four streams:
- Stream 1 – requirement validation & solution design;
- Stream 2 – solutions build;
- Stream 3 – implementation; and
- Stream 4 – operation.
