A8966 Enhanced Land Force Stage 2 Singleton Deferred works

The ELF Stage 2- Singleton Deferred Works Head Contractor works comprises the design and construction of new training facilities at the School of Infantry (SOI) and Singleton Training Area (STA). The works include:

(a)The Design and Construct a Urban Operation Training Faciltiy (UOTF) with the following facilities: Container Façade enterable, Container façade non-enterable, Complex Mutli Storey Facility, Residential Compound, Method of Entry Building, Urban Firing through wall, urban firing DFSW wall, Urban Firing Building, targetry, relocation of the administration building, administration all weather shelter, administration toilet block, two storage sheds and non-enterable buildings.

(b)Design and Construct Ammunition Transfer Point (ATP) with two open sided sheds with concrete hard stands, refurbishment of the grave hard stand, drainage works and refurbishment to the access track.

(c)Refurbishment of Assult Grenade Rang (AGR), Standard Grenade Range (SGR) by upgrading the existing tower, throwing bays and target areas.

(d)Demolition / removal of the redundant cantonment buildings and make good the landscaping and services.

(e)Design and construct an additional Cantonment Method of Entry (MOE) adjacent to the existing.
