Description
The South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS), specifically Fremantle Hospital and Health Service (FHHS) and Rockingham General Hospital (RGH), has a requirement for inspection; planned, preventative and maintenance services; and/or certification for sterilisers, washers disinfectors and a washer disinfector combination unit, typically used in Health Service Organisations. The services are required at the following locations:
• Fremantle Hospital and Health Service: Alma St, Fremantle, WA; and
• Rockingham General Hospital: Elanora Drive, Rockingham, WA.
Respondents may tender to provide inspection and maintenance services for:
Category 1 - Sterilisers
Category 2 - Washer Disinfector
Category 3 - Washer Disinfector Combination Unit.
