Provision of Citrix product suite licences, support and maintenance

Health WA runs a virtual application environment on the Citrix platform. This environment is used across multiple sites and enables end users to run applications remotely, allowing greater flexibility in regards to system integration, administration costs, resource intensive applications, and portability.

Health Support Services (HSS) requires a suite of Citrix products with associated maintenance and support to run its whole of Health virtualised application platform, together with the ability to increase the required number of concurrent user licences for access to the platform in line with the growth of business requirements throughout the Contract term.
