Court Security and Custodial Services Tender

Request for Tender (RFT) covering provision of Court Security and Custodial Services (CS&CS Services) for a period of five (5) years intially, with two (2) extension options, each potentially up to a further five (5) years.

Services include security of court sites, provision of custody services at court lockups, and provision of movement services. All service elements will be provided State-wide, with further details located in Volume 3 of the RFT.

Key dates to be aware of include:

• Access to Data Rooms to commence from 4 March 2016 (PENDING RETURN OF BANK GUARANTEE);
• Deadline for submitting request to attend Scheduled Site Visits: 2:30PM AWST 10 March 2016;
• Deadline for submitting request to participate in Interactive Tender Process: 2:30PM AWST 10 March 2016;
• Mandatory industry briefing session: 14 March 2016;
• Scheduled Site Visits: 18 March 2016 - 25 March 2016 (PENDING RETURN OF BANK GUARANTEE); and
• Interactive Tender Process Workshops: 31 March 2016 - 5 May 2016.

Respondents please note that Volumes 1, 2, 3 and 5 have been released to market initially, with Volume 4 and Schedules 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Volume 5 to be released as an Addendum in the near future.
