This Request for Proposal is seeking proposals to form a commercial Lease with a financially viable and commercially successful health care service provider who:
- will add value to VenuesWest’s business;
- has the potential to provide its services to elite sports and athletes;
- is willing to complete and maintain the fit out required for the proposed service; and
- is willing to maintain and upkeep the Leased Area and/or is willing to input capital funds into the Leased Area.
