Description
Wirksworth is a two storey historic building located at Bellerive (Tas) registered on the Tasmanian Heritage Register. Tenders will be sought to undertake the Stage 1 refurbishment of the building, as soon as development and building approval is received from council. Tenderers will be expected to satisfy the State Government pre-qualification criteria, as well as the following:- experience of working with heritage restorations; willingness to work closely with Project Hahn Inc and to create employment opportunities for their clients during the course of the construction project; and demonstration of value for money
