The Department is requesting a Tender for the lease of the Mt Nelson Signal Station Restaurant and Kiosk. The lease will be from the date of signing until 30th June 2011 with a further option period of five years. It is a condition of the Tender that the successful tenderer enter into a Contract for Services for the provision of certain services including opening and closing certain facilities and cleaning duties at various sites within the Mt Nelson Signal Station Reserve.
