Description
The transition from the Mifare Classic Defence Common Access Card (DCAC) to the Mifare DESFire technology requires Contractors to supply labour to perform the following activities:
i) Photo-capture, printing, and issue of the DCAC; and
ii) Printing and distribution of the DCAC from a central location utilising an existing Defence database.
