Albury Wodonga Emergency Department Redevelopment - Main Works Project Superintendent

Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is a regional health service operating in both New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria. In the 2017-18 State budget the NSW Government announced $30.48 million (m) contribution to the proposed redevelopment of the ED at the Albury Hospital campus with Victorian Health contributing $6 million (m) to build a 16 bed short stay unit to help reduce wait times by refurbishing the existing ED on the completion of the new ED.

The ED expansion is located on the south side of the Albury Campus, and is proposed to be built to the south of the existing ED. The newly constructed ED will provide 42 new points of care with the Short Stay Unit providing an additional 16 points of care.
