Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimating Services for N&I

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) requires the services of an Independent Estimator (IE) to perform services for the PTA’s Network and Infrastructure Division (N&I). The current projects/ tenders for which Independent Estimation Services may be required is represented below: Rail Revitalisation Programme, Civils Maintenance Panel, Facilities Management Contract, Earthing and Bonding Contract,Traffic Management Panel, and Any tender/contract with a high complexity of commercial/ estimating services. The nature of the tasks are such that it could be performed by an experienced construction cost estimator or an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has had specific experience in providing estimating services and cost advice for Guaranteed Maximum Price Deeds, Design and Construct Deeds, Maintenance Contracts and Goods and Services Contracts. The work emphasis is on public transport infrastructure, construction and maintenance.
