Invitation to Offer - AQ 032/2023 Regional and Remote Schools Touring Services 2023-2026

The State of Queensland through the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy represented by Arts Queensland (the Customer) is seeking the Services of strong, viable, suitably qualified and experienced companies (Supplier/s) to:

• deliver arts and education services across regional Queensland with a focus on rural and remote communities that have reduced access to live, in-school arts and cultural presentations (Service 1); and
• create and manage an online shopfront where schools/kindergartens can connect with artists/arts organisations to purchase arts and education touring product, workshops and scaffolding activities including professional development (Service 2).

The Customer’s detailed requirements are specified in AQ 032/2023 ITO Scope of Services.

Suppliers are permitted to submit offers for one or more Services and are strongly encouraged to consider:

• delivery across multiple Service Areas and
• their capacity to deliver both Service 1 and 2.

The Customer will have discretion to award Contract(s) to one or more Supplier(s) whose Offer best demonstrates their strong capability and value for money against the predetermined Evaluation Criteria.

The Customer welcomes Offers from consortia of arts organisations across artform and/or regions/ and that include First Nations arts and cultural partners.
