OBA - The Village - Whole of estate landscape maintenance contractor

A landscape maintenance Contractor is required for The Village Estate – Oonoonba, Townsville.

Streetscape works includes central medians, roundabouts and footpath areas between the back of kerb and the property boundaries.

Where works are adjacent to existing works, the landscape maintenance Contractor is responsible for making the proper junction between new and existing works and for making good any damage caused by the landscape maintenance Contractor to the adjoining works.

The works will comprise but not limited to the following items:

• Mobilisation of contractor’s equipment and personnel to site;
• Arrange all permits and insurances and pay all fees as required;
• Traffic Management as required;
• Supply and implementation of erosion control and dust suppression methods;
• Protection of existing services, existing work, existing buildings and existing trees;
• Maintenance of open space and streetscape areas including brush-cutting, watering, herbicide spraying of weeds, maintain lawns and pruning.
