FNQ - Kowanyama Primary Health Care Centre - Principal Contractor for Renal Project (PQC Level 2)

The Queensland Government, through Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, is seeking proposals for Principal Contractor services for the Kowanyama Primary Health Care Centre Renal Project.

Please note: Tenderers are required to hold a Prequalification (PQC) Level 2 rating and have an office in the region of Far North Queensland in order to be able to apply for these works.

Proposal:

- A Principal Contractor is required to undertake the renal unit extension at the Kowanyama PHCC.

- The documentation for the tender and contract will be based on the Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract AS2124-1992.

- The expected duration of the building program is 27 weeks.

A non-compulsory site inspection will be held on Monday 20th March 2023. Tenderers are requested to register contact name and number of one (1) repsentative wishing to attend the inspection by 2:00pm Thursday 16th March 2023. TCHHS is intending to charter a flight and will have limited seats available to tenderers on a first in first serve basis.
