Description
The Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning is seeking offers for Stage 3 of The Spit Aboriginal Culture Centre, as part of implementation of the Spit Master Plan in the Gold Coast.
This commission will build on the earlier stages of the project (benchmarking study and stakeholder visioning report) to complete an ‘Options Analysis’ for the project to determine the viability of proceeding to detailed business case development.
To undertake this commission, the department requires the services of a team with specialised knowledge and experience in:
- Traditional Owner stakeholder engagement
- Feasibility, planning, design and delivery of Aboriginal Cultural Centres in Queensland and/or nationally
- Options analysis and business case development
- Organisational and governance arrangements for Aboriginal Cultural Centres
The outputs of this commission will be delivered as stand-alone reports based on stakeholder insights, Traditional Owner engagement and desk-top research and analysis.
