TMR19521 Bundaberg, Splitters Creek New Storage Sheds, Apron & Carport

The State of Queensland through the Department of Transport and Main Roads (“Eligible Customer”) is inviting Offers for the above-mentioned works.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

• Specifications as per Principal Consultant design and includes:
  • A new 23.5m x 9.7m (approx) material storage shed, new footings and top coat slab over existing slab
  • A new 9m x 9m soil sample storage shed
  • A new concrete apron (est 600 sqm) to allow safe forklift operation between work areas.
  • A new 4 bay carport for RoadTek crew vehicles
• Demolition of existing shed (excluding concrete slab & loading bay)
• Confirmation existing concrete slab is suitable for reuse
• Confirm location of existing services before commencement of works
• Manufacture and installation of a new storage sheds & carport and additional works as per design specifications
• Hardstand area and all civil works
• Electrical works
• Site security
• Removal of all waste materials from site and disposal at an authorised establishment
• Internal & external electrics. Separate electrical metering from adjacent building
• Statutory and other required approvals to enable certification
• 12-month defects liability period
• Site works safety plan (Shared access & Exit)
• All works required to fully deliver the project as per the specification
