Gleneagle State School Administration & Library Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new administration space and a refurbishment of the existing resource centre at Gleneagle State School located at 126-146 Mount Lindesay Hwy, Gleneagle QLD 4285 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The new administration space will be infilled under an existing shade structure to create a reception area, casualty room, amenities and several office and meeting room spaces. The existing resource centre will be refurbished to update the control processing space and create a new staff room.

The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by December 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
