Provision of Cost Planning Services - XINSW1995

The Upper Limiting Fee has been developed to reflect the following 3 Stages Stage 1 – $130,000 (Excl GST) – SSDA submission Phase Concept Design Development, Updated Business Case Inputs, P90 Cost plans, Design and Risk Workshop involvement etc, up to SSDA submission targeted late April 2020. Stage 2 -- $214,860 (Excl GST) – Builder Procurement Phase Ongoing Design Development, P90 Risk Workshop, Gate 3 Reviews, Consultant design documentation preparation, Builder RFT document input, Builder assessment inputs as required. The Fee excludes preparation of Builder BOQ. Services from May 2020 to Q1 2021. Stage 3 -- $108,000 (Excl GST) – Project Delivery Project Claim Management Assess Progress Claims. This figure excludes variation assessments due to the unknown quantum. A forecast Variation assessment fee will be undertaken and negotiated with Slattery’s based on the quality of the documentation and the successful Builder. The Total of Stage 1 to 3 is $452,860 (Excl GST)
