PTA240068 - Provision of Perth Busport Mechanical Services Upgrades

Background As part of the Radio Systems Replacement Project, Public Transport Authority (PTA) plans to install a significant amount of new equipment in the Perth Busport Eastern Entry Portal Equipment Room. This new equipment will produce an equally significant amount of heat, which must be counteracted by additional HVAC equipment, as the existing room does not have sufficient spare cooling capacity. The PTA therefore seeks a competent and capable Contractor to carry out the required HVAC works. Scope of Works and Specification The Contractor shall supply, install, commission and bring into service the additional HVAC equipment, inclusive of power and ancillary infrastructure to operate and maintain the HVAC equipment, and alteration of existing HVAC equipment.
