Provision of expertise in community services design and program management

The Department of Justice (the Department) is collaborating with the Departments of Communities, Education, Health and WA Police Force in the design and delivery of On Track to Thrive, a new program for 5- to 9-year-old children who engage in negative behaviour and are at risk of entering the criminal justice system when they reach the minimum age of criminal responsibility. The Department of Justice (the Department) requires an independent organisation with knowledge and expertise in relation to program management frameworks and service design for community services.
